HAMSA is a two sisters story (أخوات ):

We draw on our Franco-Moroccan roots to offer a merry Moroccan cooking, inspired by family recipes and our travels around the world.

Moroccan kitchen is a party, rich of flavors, colors and perfumes.
As we grew up in France, the best medicine against Moroccan nostalgia was through the kitchen. It is is part of our identity, and that's what we want to put forward at HAMSA
Chefchaouen
Chefchaouen is not a coincidence, it is the birthplace of our father, where we used to spend wonderful holidays, climbing the fig trees, watching the weavers, walking in the blooming nature
